World Music Day 2026

At Bunts Sangha’s Arathi Shetty ICON School (ASIS), the spirit of World Music Day was celebrated in advance with immense enthusiasm, creativity, and joy. The celebration highlighted the remarkable ability of music to transcend boundaries, unite communities, and inspire hearts across cultures and generations.
As part of the festivities, learners participated in a vibrant Classroom Talent Showcase, where they had the opportunity to express themselves through the art of music. The classrooms resonated with melodious voices, rhythmic beats, and captivating performances as students confidently showcased their unique talents through singing, instrumental music, rapping, beatboxing, cultural performances, and collaborative group presentations.
Designed as a non-competitive and inclusive celebration, the event encouraged every learner to participate, appreciate the diverse musical abilities of their peers, and build confidence through creative self-expression. The atmosphere was filled with encouragement, applause, and appreciation, reinforcing the belief that every performance has its own unique value.
The celebration beautifully reflected ASIS’s commitment to nurturing creativity, embracing diversity, and providing meaningful opportunities for learners to discover and showcase their talents. World Music Day served as a joyful reminder that music is more than just an art form—it is a powerful medium that inspires, connects, and brings people together in harmony.
“Together, we inspire minds, nurture hearts, and shape futures.”
