Reading with Mum Report

The Kindergarten section of Bunts Sangha’s Arathi Shetty International School organized a joyful “Reading with Mum” activity for the students of Stage 1 and FS 2. The session aimed to nurture the love for stories, encourage active listening, and strengthen the bond between home and school learning.
From Stage 1, Ms. Catherine (Alden’s mother) graciously joined us to narrate a delightful story. For FS 2, Ms. Aishwarya shared an engaging story with the little ones. Both mothers brought along simple yet creative props that made the storytelling even more lively and interesting.
The children were captivated by the stories, listening with keen attention and excitement. The use of props helped them visualize the events and connect with the characters, making the session more interactive and memorable.
Overall, the activity was a heartwarming experience where the children not only enjoyed the stories but also felt inspired to explore the joy of reading further.
