International Tigers Day

International Tiger Day was observed at ASIS with a strong focus on wildlife conservation and the protection of one of the world’s most magnificent big cats—the tiger.
Learners participated in a range of meaningful and engaging activities designed to create awareness about the challenges faced by tigers and the importance of protecting their natural habitats. Through these experiences, they explored the role tigers play in maintaining the balance of ecosystems and understood why their conservation is vital for the health of our planet.
The activities encouraged learners to reflect on the importance of biodiversity, responsible choices, and coexistence with wildlife. They were inspired to become more aware and responsible stewards of nature and to recognise that protecting wildlife is a shared responsibility.
The celebration was a meaningful reminder that every species has a role to play in our ecosystem, and every effort towards conservation counts.
