International Pineapple Day

Bunts Sangha’s Arathi Shetty ICON School (ASIS) celebrated International Pineapple Day with a delightful blend of learning, creativity, and hands-on culinary exploration. The celebration introduced learners to the fascinating world of one of nature’s most vibrant tropical fruits while encouraging healthy eating habits in an engaging and memorable way. The day began with learners discovering the significance of the pineapple, exploring its origin, nutritional value, and the many health benefits it offers. Through interactive discussions, they gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of making nutritious food choices and understanding how fruits contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
Inspired by their newfound knowledge, our young learners proudly stepped into the role of ASIS MasterChefs, showcasing their creativity and culinary talents by preparing an exciting variety of pineapple-based delicacies. From refreshing fruit salads and colourful parfaits to innovative snacks and delicious desserts, every creation reflected imagination, teamwork, and a passion for wholesome food.
The classrooms were filled with enthusiasm as learners confidently presented their creations, celebrated each other’s efforts, and experienced the joy of learning through hands-on activities. The celebration not only enhanced their culinary skills but also fostered creativity, collaboration, and an appreciation for healthy living.
