European Day of Languages

Content: At Bunts Sangha’s Arathi Shetty International School (ASIS), we celebrated the European Day of Languages with infectious energy and global curiosity — with a special spotlight on the Spanish language and culture!
This lively celebration brought the joy of language learning to life, as our learners dived into the colorful and expressive world of Spanish through a range of engaging and hands-on activities.

Highlights of the Day:
Practised everyday Spanish greetings like Hola, Gracias, and Buenos días with enthusiasm Learned commonly used Spanish phrases and expressions Took a virtual bite into Spanish culture, cuisine, and traditions — from flamenco to churros Created stunning Spain-inspired artwork, bursting with colour, creativity, and cultural pride Beyond new words and phrases, this celebration helped our students build a broader appreciation for global cultures. It fostered awareness, empathy, and the excitement of discovering the world through language.
