National Doctors’ Day

Bunts Sangha’s Arathi Shetty ICON School (ASIS) celebrated Doctor’s Day on 1st July with an enriching and insightful session led by our esteemed guest speaker, Dr. Kapil Jain, a distinguished medical professional. The session was thoughtfully organised to create awareness among learners about the importance of health, hygiene, and preventive healthcare.
Dr. Jain engaged learners through an interactive discussion on the significance of maintaining good health and adopting healthy lifestyle habits from an early age. He highlighted the importance of personal hygiene, disease prevention, balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, and following a disciplined daily routine to support overall well-being.
The session also provided learners with practical and easy-to-follow tips on preventing common illnesses through proper hand hygiene, healthy eating habits, and cleanliness. Through real-life examples and engaging interactions, learners gained a deeper understanding of how small, consistent habits can contribute to a healthier and happier life.
