Gudi Padwa 2026

Our learners recently participated in a vibrant and meaningful celebration of Ugadi and Gudi Padwa, embracing the spirit of new beginnings and cultural richness. The session began with an engaging discussion where learners explored the significance of these festivals, gaining insights into their traditions, values, and the diverse ways in which they are celebrated across India. To deepen their understanding, learners took part in a creative, hands-on activity by making their own gudi. With great enthusiasm, they designed and crafted symbolic representations, reflecting both their creativity and their appreciation of the festival’s essence.
This celebration went beyond learning about festivals—it nurtured respect for cultural diversity and encouraged learners to value the beauty of different traditions. The experience brought them closer to the idea of unity in diversity, making the occasion both educational and memorable.
