Thanksgiving Day

At ASIS, our learners celebrated Thanksgiving Day with hearts full of joy, respect, and gratitude. The day was beautifully designed to help children understand the value of appreciation and the power of saying thank you.
The celebration began with exploring the story behind Thanksgiving and discovering the true meaning of practising an attitude of gratitude every single day. Our young learners then expressed their thankfulness by creating a colourful Gratitude Wheel, sharing all the wonderful people, moments, and blessings they are grateful for.
They also enjoyed a creative DIY hand-print turkey activity, symbolising togetherness and festive joy.
Adding a magical touch, learners sprinkled gratitude like fairy dust by selecting thoughtful kindness challenge chits, inspiring them to spread smiles through meaningful actions — at school, at home, and in the community.
It was truly a day filled with learning, love, creativity, and compassion — reminding us all that gratitude turns what we have into enough.
