Introduction to Sustainable Development Goals

Introduction to Sustainable Development Goals

At ASIS, we believe that young minds can shape a better tomorrow. This year, our students took inspiring steps toward global change by engaging with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—transforming awareness into impactful action.

Focus Areas for 2025:
SDG 14: Life Below Water
SDG 15: Life on Land
SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
Through a series of hands-on, school-wide initiatives, our learners explored the importance of environmental conservation and sustainable living.

Highlights from the Initiative:
Art for the Oceans
Students created stunning artworks using recycled Blinkit bags and plastic waste, raising awareness about marine pollution and the urgent need to protect ocean ecosystems (SDG 14). From Old to Bold
In support of SDG 15, learners upcycled worn-out T-shirts into eco-friendly cloth bags—a creative and practical way to reduce waste and promote sustainability on land.
These projects not only nurtured creativity and problem-solving but also emphasized the power of collaboration and responsible citizenship—core values at ASIS and central to SDG 17.
