World Chess Day at Bunts Sangha’s Arathi Shetty International School

In celebration of World Chess Day, learners at ASIS engaged in the timeless and strategic game of chess during their Circle Time lessons. The activity aimed to introduce and reinforce the values of patience, focus, and critical thinking—core elements of this globally loved game.
Students from various primary grades participated with great enthusiasm, whether they were seasoned players or exploring the game for the first time. Teachers facilitated the sessions by guiding learners through basic rules, moves, and strategies, while encouraging peer learning and respectful play.
