National Doctors’ Day

The learners were introduced to the significance of the day on 1 st July 2025 as National Doctors’ Day in India. The day is celebrated to honour Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy, a physician, freedom fighter, politician and educationist. The learners made a gratitude card for doctors which they will hand over to their doctors. The learners learnt to express gratitude to our superheroes who wear a mask and have a stethoscope. The theme for the year 2025 is ‘Behind the Mask: who heals the healers?’ The theme helped learners to understand in simple words that doctors too need to take care of their own self.
